Welcome to Villa Glaz, a unique and modern waterfront home designed by a renowned architect, offering comfort and style. Ideally located, you can walk everywhere: a scenic coastal path leads you from the house to the port in 5 minutes, shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy) in 10 minutes, and the nearest beach in 15 minutes. Set right by the water, Villa Glaz offers stunning views where fishing boats glide by in silence. Enjoy easy access to the slipway for swimming or launching your kayak or paddleboard—just 2 minutes on foot to the left of the house. Recently renovated, the house features tasteful décor: light wood floors, cozy armchairs, a designer kitchen with blue-green tiles, and a dining table for 10 facing the sea. Large glass doors connect the interior seamlessly to the terrace, creating a living space open to the water. Five spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with three bathrooms: one modern with a walk-in shower, a second with a bathtub, and a third with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided—just unpack and relax! End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and one parking space (access limited to small cars; maximum path width is 2.15 m in places). Pets and parties are not allowed.
