Welcome to Villa Glaz, a unique, architect-designed house that is modern, comfortable, and right on the water’s edge. Ideally located, you can do everything on foot: from the house, follow a pleasant coastal path that leads to the port in 5 minutes, shops in 10 minutes (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy), and the nearest beach in 15 minutes. You can even arrive by train at Auray station and take a bus that drops you right in front of the house at the "Passage" stop. Set by the water, the house offers stunning views where fishing boats glide by silently. Enjoy the nearby slipway for swimming or launching your kayak or paddleboard—just two minutes’ walk from the house. Recently renovated, the house features tasteful decor: light wood floors, cozy armchairs, a designer kitchen with blue-green tiles, and a dining table for 10 facing the sea. Large glass doors connect the interior and terrace into one open living space overlooking the water. Five beautiful bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, with 3 bathrooms: one modern with a walk-in shower, a second with a bathtub, and a third with a shower. A plancha grill, Nespresso machine, French press, oil, vinegar, and sugar are provided. Bed linen and towels are included—just settle in and relax! Only the final cleaning is available for an extra fee. For stays of 2 nights, linen is available as an option. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, 1 parking space (access limited to small cars, max width 2.15 m). Pets and parties are not allowed.
